Forum theatre is an innovative approach for working with different groups, which aims at achieving a social change. The approach is based on techniques of the interactive theatre through which a current social or personal problem is analysed. The causes of the problem are analysed in a discussion among a wide circle of intersted stakeholders. Possible solutions for the problem are sought again through theatre methods and the participants are encourged to interact actively among themselves.
On the other hand this specific training method of adults achieves good results in the processes of team building. Through the applied techniques the extent of the shared trust among the members of the team increases as well as the effectiveness of the communication process, which helps the overall team-work to be improved.
