The training is directed mainly to representatives of the non-governmental sector, who are interested in carrying out their own economic activity as a possibility for diversifying their sources of funding and for achieving financial independence. The aim of the training is to provide knowledge and skills needed for developing of the participants’ own economic activity. Within the frame of the training examples for successful economic initiatives implemented by Bulgarian NGOs will be presented. Every participant will have an opportunity to pass through the main stages in preparation of the economic activity implementation through developing his own business plan.

Participants in the training will gain knowledge and skills for:

• Business plan development; 
• Marketing of the product/service. 
• Risk analysis and resource evaluation. 
• Legal and fiscal requirements for NGO economic activities.
