NGO marketing

The training is directed at developing of skills needed for management of the whole organizational process of interaction with external environment. The directions of the training are determined according to the needs of the organization which orders the training. The training responds to two types of needs:
• Improvement of the image of the organization connected with its main non-profit activity;
• Development of a marketing strategy for carrying out of economic activity on behalf of the organization.

Participants in the training will gain knowledge and skills for: 

 

  • Nature of the marketing; 
  • Stages in the marketing process; 
  • Formulating of marketing goals; 
  • Positioning of the organization; 
  • Marketing evaluation; 
  • Developing of a marketing plan.

Who could attend:
The topics in the training are directed to managers and employees in the organization, who are directly responsible for its interaction with the external environment.
