Training of trainers

The process of learning is a basic one in a training. The trainer should know this process and its principles in order to understand how he could influence the learning and make it effective. The goal of the training is to acquaint the participants with the main principles and techniques for interactive training delivery. Within the framework of the course the participants have a possibility to practice the gained training skills and to receive a feedback.

The participants in the training will gain knowledge and skills for:

 

  • Models of learning and styles of learning; 
  • Methods of training needs evaluation; 
  • Training negotiation and preparation; 
  • Using of interactive training methods; 
  • Training evaluation and follow up methods.

The training topics are designed for people, who wish to develop/improve their skills in applying interactive training methods in adults.
