Merchants are the employees, who represent the company into their clients. In order to sell effectively they have to understand the mechanisms of the sale and the actions which initiate and support the process of purchase and sale. The training is developed for building of skills for carrying out the whole sale cycle – from presentation of the product to closing of the sale. During that practical and interactive course the participants will develop skills for consultative sale. Completing the training the participants will be prepared and motivated to persuade their clients to buy their products and will be able to build long-term relationships with new and already existing clients.

The participants in the training will gain knowledge and skills for:

 

  • Process of purchase and sale and the seller’s role; 
  • Types of sales; 
  • Different stages of purchase and sale; 
  • Setting objectives in the process of sale; 
  • Their own style of selling and the ways for improving it; 
  • Starting the sale process; 
  • Questions for the client’s needs assessment; 
  • Product’s presentation.

Who could attend:
The training is designed for employees, who are making direct sales. The training is also appropriate for practitioners, who want to improve their marketing skills and to raise the knowledge they already have in the field.
