Conflict management
The ability for solving conflicts is one of the most important social skills, which is good to be possessed by everyone. Unfortunately in our society there are too few formal possibilities for acquiring of that skill. The skill for solving conflicts may be effectively acquired. This skill consists of “sub-skills”.
