Joint decision making is a main group process. Through it members of the group and the team come to an agreement for a common direction of action, which integrates their efforts and is a direct step towards creating a joint product. The effective groups and teams are those, which elaborate well-grounded, reasonable and working decisions.

  • Methods for collecting of information and analysis of problem situations; 
  • Types of group decisions; 
  • Decision making stages; 
  • Characteristics of the good decision-making; 
  • Turning the decision into effect.
