Communication skills

A big part of our everyday life passes in communicating with the people who surround us. Communication is a bilateral process, which includes delivering and receiving of information. When we communicate, no matter formally or not, our aim is to present information to our interlocutor in the best possible way. On the other hand it is important to understand what the others want to share with us. In order our communication to be effective we should develop skills both for a right presentation of information and for its understanding in the best possible way.
