Team building
Team building is an element from people management, which to a big extend depends on selection of the members of the team and their induction to work, on the assessment and support, which they receive. The aim of the training is to present the team building in the frame of the whole organizational context and along with this to contribute to the development of participants’ skills for effective team-work.
