Management

Manager manages a group, team or organization and they work together for meeting the challenges and achieving the goals. The work of the manager is not to solve every problem on his own, but to support the team he manages in solving the problems. For that reason apart from the concrete/specific technical skills the managers should make efforts to develop and maintain good relationships with their employees. During the training are discussed skills for giving and receiving of feedback, delegating tasks, elaboration of strategies, setting goals etc.

  • Organizational culture and its impact on the organization’s management; 
  • Change management; 
  • Developing of strategic and operational plans;
