Investing in socially responsible communities
Organizational culture

Our society, group or community exist in the frame of a certain culture and every culture has its own specifics. The organizations are in a similar situation, as they are minimized models of the society and create their own culture. The organizational culture is the combination of non-written norms, believes and values, which determine “the appropriate behavior”. These models of behavior persist through time despite the staff changes. For the people who work together in a certain organization the culture is nearly invisible, because it consists of basic rules regarding what can be communicated, how to be communicated, what can be done and what can not be done.

Participants in the training will gain knowledge and skills for:

  • Elements of organizational culture;
  • Functions of organizational culture;
  • Types of organizational culture;
  • Internal and external factors, influencing the organizational culture;
  • Management influence on the organizational culture.

Who could attend:
The training is appropriate for representatives of the middle and high management, who wish to deepen their knowledge for effective implementation of organizational change.
