At the end of October 2006 Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF) published a handbook for forum theatre.

The handbook is the first edition in Bulgarian, presenting the forum theatre as a method for adults’ training and a way for solving of social problems.

The book describes not only the methodology of the forum theatre, but also the experience gained under the implementation of the project “Forum theatre – a method for civic training of adults”. The project gathered partners from six European countries who tested together the innovative methodology of the Forum theatre in different context with an aim of development of civic competences and building of understanding for the citizens’ role in the society.

We, the team of Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation, hope that publishing of this book will contribute for popularization and the successful applying in our country of that comparatively new method in Bulgaria for solving of social problems.
