Information about the organizations that have applied for “Learning, success, change” programme

“Learning, success, change” programme was opened for applications on November 7, 2006.
Until the deadline – January 8, 2007 - 76 application forms from 46 towns and villages were received at WCIF office.
On January 15, 2007 at WCIF office was held a meeting of an Advisory Group that includes 14 representatives of non-governmental organizations, institutions and media that have the needed experience and expertise regarding projects.
As a result of the discussions the Advisory Group recommended to WCIF to include in the programme 19 organizations from 18 towns and villages.

The choice was extremely hard because of the too many application forms of a high quality. Because of that WCIF decided to increase the number of the organisations that will take part in the programme to 19 instead of the initially planned 10 organizations. Nevertheless outside of the programme will remain some organizations that have interesting ideas and potential for development.
We sincerely hope that we will have other opportunities in the future to work together with the organizations and the civic groups that were not approved for participation in the “Learning, success, change” programme.

All the organisations that are not approved will receive an official letter by an e-mail or by an ordinary mail in the middle of the next week.
