WCIF announces call for proposals for small projects

Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF) has announced call for proposals for initiatives that solve concrete problems of people from a certain village, town or residential complex .
The initiatives must be at a value of maximum 3,500 Bulgarian leva and have to be implemented from 3 to 9 months. They must start not earlier than March 15, 2007.
Civic groups, boards of trustees, clubs, community centres, associations, foundations and other civic structures can apply for the call for proposals. Applications from companies and individuals will not be received.
Expenses for surgeries and medical treatment, individual scholarships, humanitarian aid, including distribution of food, clothes or medicines, international journeys; business activities will not be financed.
The application deadline is February 1, 2007.
