NGO capacity building fund is part of the NGO development programme. Its main objectives are:

• to encourage NGOs to start thinking for and making purposeful efforts for development of their organizational capacity; 
• to contribute to NGOs’ organizational development by offering them quality consultants/training services.
  
  

Spheres of work:

The Fund gives NGOs an opportunity to secure external support (consultations or trainings) concerning organization’s development as a whole – teambuilding, work organization, financial sustainability, publicity etc.
Support on specific topics such as children’s rights legislation, work with women, being victims of violence, etc. won’t be given.
The fund DO NOT finance projects.

Duration:

WCIF will receive application documents by the end of October 2006.
